Since 2019, I began my journey as an anonymous listener on Hapi, an emotional support app that connected people with someone to talk to on demand. Absolutely! I offer single sessions, multi-session packages, and monthly subscriptions. For those seeking ongoing support, a package can provide more value and consistency.

No preparation is needed. Just come as you are, with whatever is on your mind or heart. My approach is conversational and easygoing, allowing the conversation to flow naturally without any pressure.

Is this service virtual or in-person?

Currently, all sessions are conducted virtually, either via phone or video call, based on your preference. This allows you the flexibility to join from anywhere you feel comfortable.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. You can easily manage your booking online, and I’ll be happy to work with you to find a new time.

What can I expect during a session?

During a session, you’ll find a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you can discuss whatever is on your mind. I’ll listen actively, ask clarifying questions when needed, and provide reflections to help you explore your thoughts further. How is payment handled?
